Please fill out as many of the blanks as possible. The more information we have the quicker and more accurate we will be. Please note that orders placed late in November through the early February may face delays in ordering as this is our busiest time of the year. Otherwise reserve items should arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.
Be sure to include items that you order here on the reserve lists you submit each semester, so that we are sure to gather them for your course when they arrive.
