Library computers, printers, scanners
Computers
Mac laptops are available for checkout from the Instructional Media Center (IMC) and the PARC.
Library desktop computers are available on the main level of the library: Macs in North Reference, PCs in South Reference, and both in the Gates Reading Room. More Macs are available in the IMC and PARC.
Got your own computer, but want to use a bigger monitor? Connect your computer at a South Reference PC stations. They'll also charge your laptop as a bonus.

Printers
Library printers are available for current students. Print from your own computer, or a library desktop.
Printing at Reed costs 8¢ a side for black and white and 35¢ a side for color. All first-years, sophomores, and juniors are given a $25 allotment for printing. Seniors are given $45.
Go to Computer User Services (CUS) instructions to set up your computer for printing.

- Note: there is currently no color printer in the library.
Scanners
An overhead book scanner is available near the reference rooms, across from Stair A. Flatbed scanners are available in the IMC. All photocopiers can be used to scan without charge.
Photocopiers
Photocopiers are available on the Library Main Level (ML), Lower Level 1 (LL1), and Level 2 (L2). All photocopiers can be used to scan.
